The Detroit Clerk’s Office is located on the 14th floor of Cadillac Place (the former General Motors Building).
The Courtrooms (A and B) are also on the 14th floor.
Public parking at daily and hourly rates is available at several locations within one block of Cadillac Place. Fisher Building public parking and the Victory parking lot are located at the corner of West Grand Boulevard and Third Avenue. New Center One public parking is located behind the St. Regis Hotel off of Lothrop. Additional parking is available off of Baltimore Avenue just west of Second Avenue.

The public entrance to the State Office Building is on Ottawa Avenue. The Grand Rapids Clerk’s Office is on level “O.” The Courtroom is on level “CT.”
Limited metered street parking is available on Ottawa Avenue and Ionia Avenue. Parking is also available at the Government Center underground parking garage, which is located across Ottawa Avenue from the State Office Building. Accessible parking is available in the Government Center parking ramp.

The Hall of Justice in Lansing is located just east of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard between Ottawa Street to the north and Allegan Street to the south. The building is on the opposite end of the mall from the Capitol Building.
The Clerk’s Office and the Courtroom are both on the second floor.
Parking for people visiting the Hall of Justice is located on Allegan Street (across from the north side of the Michigan Library and Historical Center (MLHC), southeast of the Hall of Justice, and east of the Veterans Memorial Park).
NOTE: Beginning Nov. 2, 2023, the parking lot gates at the Michigan Library & Historical Center (MLHC) visitor parking lot return to normal operation with new equipment.
The daily rate for the lot is $5 per visit. (Additional payment will be required for re-entry of the lot on the same day.)
Michigan Supreme Court
The Michigan Hall of Justice is located at 925 West Ottawa Street in Lansing, between Ottawa Street on the north, Allegan Street on the south, and Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard on the west. It is on the opposite end of the mall from the Capitol Building.
